Kitty Fletcher

     A co-owner since July 1, 2000, Kitty has held a license with Olson Realty since 1984 and has been involved in real estate since the mid-70's.  She is involved in community service, committed to community development, and is very knowledgeable about the area and its' advantages of rural living!

 Carey Weber

    Carey has been co-owner of Olson Realty since July 1, 2000 and has worked in the real estate industry since 1986 specializing in residential sales.    She will use her extensive real estate knowledge and years of experience in all aspects of buying and selling a home to guide you through your real estate transaction.

Kara Drake

     Kara is a member of the Olson Realty team with a tenacious approach to problem solving.  She is a life long resident of the Blue Earth area and an active member of the community.  The parents of two children, Kara and her husband, Kelly, farm near Elmore. 

     Kara is a skilled communicator with a background in sales and accounting.  With her real estate education, attention to detail and a common sense approach to problem solving, she'll provide both seller and buyer with a positive real estate experience.

 Roger Fletcher

     Roger has been actively involved in real estate since 1972. A former teacher, small business owner, and county sheriff, he "specializes" in commercial real estate and farmland.

  Don Beach

Don is retired from the Blue Earth Area Schools and has been involved in the field of education as a teacher, coach, and administrator for the past thirty years. 
     He is active and well known in the Blue Earth area and specializes in residential sales and rentals.

Cornelia Hagedorn

     She is a very outgoing person, with a strong background in working with the public.  Recently married, Cornelia and her husband, Ryan, farm near Blue Earth.  She is familiar with the Blue Earth and Fairmont areas, and using her real estate education, can provide you with an excellent buying or selling experience.

Ryan Hagedorn

Ryan Hagedorn is a Blue Earth native who has joined the Olson Realty team.  He farms in the Blue Earth area, has previously worked in sales in Northern Iowa, and knows these areas well.  Ryan works with farmland, residential, and commercial property sales and rentals.  Let his previous sales experience and knowledge of the area and farmland assist you in your buying and selling experience.

 Chris Handevidt

Tara Sunken

The newest member of the Olson Realty Team, Tara Sunken knows Blue Earth and the surrounding area well. Tara and her husband, Shannon live in Blue Earth with their three sons.
